Insta-Synth 333 Hydraulic Oil

Hydraulic Oil: It is non-petroleum, specially engineered synthetic oil that does not thin out over long duration of extreme use.  IS 333 contains oxidation inhibitors which fight carbon and foam formation. It does not smudge or form deposits inside the system. It maintains its viscosity and therefore will not leak out from the lines.

Insta-Synth 336 - Zero residue Synthetic Chain Oil

Insta-Synth 336 is called as the High temp Clean Chain-Oil due to it's revolutionary synthetic base that has extremely low volatility that it is consumed very little during use. It offers the unique zero-residue challenge. It will not leave sticky residues, sludge or carbon deposits over the chain links. IS 336 will not drip or melt over the components while the chain is moving through high heat to ambient temperatures repeatedly. It is excellent for central lubrication systems also as it will not clog the passage of the dispensing system. It is known to exceed the designed life of the conveyor chains. It will eliminate the need to repeatedly clean the chain as there is zero residue left after use. It prevents the lengthening of the chains due to wear due to its excellent lubricating action. It contains no petroleum oils. It is available in 180, 220, 320 viscosity grades. Temperature range: - 25 to 285 Deg C. Ask us for higher temperature use.

Applications: Paint curing ovens, tenter frames, Ceramics-Glass-Steel production, paper industry and all ambient to high heat chain use. It can be applied with brush, oil dispensing systems, drip or submerging. 

Insta-Synth 338: Wire-rope lubricant

Wire rope lubricant:  A quick dry lubricant for wire ropes that prevents accidents and enhances rope life. Wire ropes wear the most from their cores and not outside. Insta-Synth 338 is a revolutionary new product that sends the lubricating agent through the capillary action into the core of the wire rope. Within minutes the carrier fluid disappears leaving a fine film inside and outside the wire rope. The lubricant also occupies the spaces inside thus eliminating the possibility of dust and contaminants travelling inside and causing wear. The wire rope is touch dry from outside and it will not allow dust to stick to it. Insta-Synth 338 can be applied manually with brush or automatic dispensing systems like drip or spray. It can be used to transport or store goods in order to prevent rusting in transit or storage.

Applications: Wire ropes used for lifting heavy objects in overhead cranes, anchors, buoys, piling, thread lubricants, chains, pulleys, gears and piping. Also an ideal coating for storage compartment walls to prevent rust and corrosion.

Insta-Synth 340

Gear Oil: It is a fully synthetically formulated gear oil that has extreme high load carrying capacity. It works up well on the gear-train and provides excellent lubrication between the mating teeth of the gears. It can withstand 40% more load than conventional petroleum based oils. It contains latest synthetic base stocks and superior additives. The extreme load carrying capacity and resistance to change in viscosity is achieved through proprietary additives in the composition of Insta-Synth 340. Most wear happens during cold flow of the oil when starting the equipment. It can be safely stated that IS 340 has 30% less torque requirements as compared to petroleum based SAE 90 gear oils. It is noted that it delivers enhanced power from the same equipment. It can give 5 to 20 times the life of a conventional gear oil.
