INSTA-SEAL JAMPACK - Injectable Packing for Pumps

It is the most innovative packing material that can pack stuffing box of a pump of all sizes and of all fluids. There is no need to even repair the worn out shaft or sleeve as this will seal every leaking pump and convert it to a Zero Leak pump. Most people who pack pumps on work orders procure this material. It is an advanced technology which helps eliminate media wastage. Insta-Seal Jampack is made from a blend of non-asbestos, high-tech environmentally friendly, non-hazardous synthetic fibers and carefully selected blends of grease, oils, and other proprietary binders. It is this unique blend of fibers and binding agents that allow the sealant to be run virtually leak free. If offers 0 to 14 pH service and high temperature tolerance.

This is used in combination with Insta-Pak 22, 44 and 48 gland packings. It offers mental ease to the maintenance departments.
