Initially when mankind, faced the high demand of modern machinery such as aeroplanes, jets, space rockets, high speed racing cars etc, they had to devise a lubricant that had higher performance than the naturally existing petroleum or mineral based oils. The extremes of load, temperature and rpm posed a major challenge to the engineers and lubricant specialists. Very soon the industrial growth demanded better lubricants for its high powered machinery to maximise production. As Need is the mother of invention, these applications were tackled by synthetically engineering a lubricant embedded in synthetic binder THAT GIVES BEST RESULTS TILL DATE.
Insta-Synth 222
One grease for all bearings. A Non melting, Thermally stable, Special purpose synthetic bearing grease. It can withstand High Load and High temperature in a bearing. It is made from sub-granulated Molybdenum Disulphide (MoS2), that will not melt or become thin during use. It is used only one-half in the bearing housing compared to normal greases. Highly stable, highly efficient & reliable.
Applications: Conveyor bearings, clutch bearings, Electric motor bearings, anti-friction bearings and areas where you wish to extend the lubrication cycle.
Insta-Synth 225
Bearing Grease for resisting Environment attack. IS 225 is a specialised synthetic base fluid with a lithium complex soap thickener.It is a wash resistant grease, that doesn’t change its chemistry due to water attack. It exhibits anti wear properties even under high pressures. The thickener has a high dropping point, excellent resistance to water wash and a tenacious structural stability. IS 225 contains selective additives that provide outstanding stability against wear, rusting and temperature attck.
Applications: Ideal for slow moving rollers and large bearings, areas of water, steam and fume attack, for valves and high pressure applications.
